Alice Horgan is the northeast government affairs manager at Sunnova. Based in Connecticut, Alice covers regulatory and legislative policy for New England, New York, and New Jersey. Alice has over a decade of experience working at the state and federal level, crafting policy and leading stakeholder engagement coalitions. She has an MSc in Strategic Communications from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BA in political science from Fordham University.
