Sarah Bresolin is Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs at ENGIE North America Inc. In this role she advises on a variety of issues including grid scale renewable and distributed generation development, energy storage and green hydrogen in the United States and Canada. Previously, Sarah practiced energy law in Massachusetts for many years as an Assistant Attorney General and consumer advocate for the Massachusetts Attorney General and as regulatory counsel at the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities. Sarah also served in the Obama Administration as Assistant Chief Counsel for environmental regulation and international trade at the U.S. Small Business Administration. In November 2023, Sarah was elected as Chair of the New England Power Pool for 2024. She was also appointed by Massachusetts Governor Baker to sit on the Commonwealth’s Grid Modernization Advisory Council. Sarah serves on the board of the Canadian Renewables Energy Association.
