Ted Burhans is the Director of Market Intelligence for he Smart Electric Power Alliance. He oversees its Market Intelligence team, which strives to understand and track the trends in carbon-free energy within the broad utility industry. He previously oversaw SEPA's distributed energy resource research and growing body of work. Ted has 15+ years of experience working for a vertically integrated utility, most recently directing renewable energy, energy efficiency, and electric vehicle programs.
He has a bachelor of science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Arizona, and a master's in business administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
