Caroline Hon is Head of National Grid's New England Gas Network Strategy and Planning, accountable for the asset management, engineering, and network planning of the gas network that serves National Grid’s ~950k customers in Massachusetts.
In her tenure at National Grid, she gained a broad experience across a variety of roles in Finance, Shared Services, and Operations. Prior to joining National Grid, Caroline worked at Accenture, providing consulting services to Transmission and Distribution Utilities across the United States and Europe. Caroline is a Chemical Engineer and holds a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She currently serves on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Environmental Justice Council, the Board of Directors of the Northeast Gas Association, and the Governing Board of the MIT Leaders for Global Operations.
